Gluten-Free Venison Taco

My Saturday Soiree includes this Venison soft taco on a gluten-free tortilla. Charred over open flame : the flavor and texture are better than the standard rubber flour tortilla. The Venison is spiced with smoked paprika, and ancho chili powder. Wild game, like Venison ( deer, ) is a nutrient powerhouse, without the residual pesticides, and other harmful effects of factory farming. The spring greens are dressed with Habanero infused olive oil. The cooling guacamole on top, is a major cancer fighter. Absisic Acid, in the Avocado, is a disease assassin!
